Just an FYI for those of you considering purchasing this application. I had not updated my song listing in several months and decided to do so this weekend. Since I had the time, I decided to do a spot check on the file that I exported to excel. Well, the database is riddled with errors. All discs seemed to have the correct song listing, but some were not in the correct order. There were also a few discs that were not in their database at all. To add insult to injury, they changed my passsword for database updates without advising me. I kept getting "invalid password" at their site. The same thing happened last year. I can understand them changing it, but they should send an email advising of the new password. I just downloaded the trial version as a work around the password issue and used the unlock key they provided when I purchased the application. Having to spot check each disc against the database invalidates the purpose of a song list program. I now give Airwer three thumbs DOWN. |

Don't replace it with karaoke speedbook either. The database is woefully out of date and riddled with errors as well. |

I can't tell you how happy with KJ Pro!! I have found one error since I started using it. At first I thought that it was cumbersome to use, but now that I have a system down, it's a breeze! I would highly recommend it! |

I agree that KJPro is a good program, I used it for a long time. I have since switched to FastTracks V2 and I'm extremely happy with it! It has one of the best databases I've seen and a lot more features. I like the indexed song list for the web feature best of all. icenine wrote: I can't tell you how happy with KJ Pro!!

I just use Microsoft Access 'cos that's what I know (used to use works but it is convertible). If, however, I was to use a book building prgram, my program of choice would be karaokeinfo. (UK) Check it out. |

I also own airwer, and found it to have many errors. (fyi It is a program from UK) The only time I use it only if the info is not in kj pro, because it is often wrong. but it does have listings not in kjpro. all that said, I love kjpro, and use it to export to excel for my customers. (I Do songbooks on the side for local hosts). Great product. |
