Did anything ever become of the 1st round of lawsuits that were filed in VA, MD, or NC?? Did everyone settle with SC?? |

Four of those named in the first Va suit refused to settle or submit to an audit.They were dismissed without prejudice at Sound Choice's request a few weeks ago, only to be RE-named in the suit just filed. Given past schedules of the "rocket docket" court dates were due to be set for the first case in the next couple of weeks. |
