This will be a big thing. preliminary rounds held through june and july at 6 locations in il and 6 locations in Ia. Finals to be held on The Catfish Bend Riverboat casino. Top female and male will each win $1000 ea. And open up for Highway 101 at a concert in Ft madison on Aug 26. Judging will be in 3 catagories : 1-20pts for vocal quality, 1-20 pts for overall performance, crowd particiption, and outfit., and 20 pts for difficulty of song.
