					| Hello everyone
I do a gig where I am the solo act to start out, goes into Karaoke and then we open up the dancefloor and I am back in Solo Mode.
Found that some songs have a 100% "dancefloor/ listening pleasure" success rate with old and young alike. This is my list:
 1. Play that Funky Music - Wild Cherry
 2. Faith - George Michael
 3. My Sharona - The Knack
 4. Mustang Sally - Wilson Pickett (are there other songs with a similar groove?)
 5. Leave Your Hat On - Tom Jones (are there other songs with a similar groove?)
What is yours? It needs to be WELL known and Danceable. Is that even a word? Thanks!
 Vic in Sydney

					| Here is an odd mix of songs that go over well with my shows based on the best crowd response in the last few months....

 R.E.M - Radio Free Europe
Harry Belafonte - Jump in the line
Soggy Bottom Boys - Man of constant sorrow
 Gloria - Patti Smith
Neil Diamond - Brother Love's Traveling Salvation Show

My crowd has a weird music taste....

					| Brilliant!
And I though my list was weird! I don't know how popular some of the sons are over here in Sydney, but I will give them a shot and see if anyone goes crayzeh.

 Thanks to everyone who responded.

I'm not allowed to play that song, but I can sing it! They do eat it up.

No offense but Roy Acuff and Hank Snow? Is this a nursing home? I saw Roy mowing his grass in Nashville nearly 40 years ago._________________
