My vote goes to the Yorkie...I own one. The lowest price I have seen on the JBL is $899.00 while the yorkville can be had for $732.00 at Front End Audio. The yorkie has a little more umph to it too. |

Yorkville mainly because of the quality (both sound and cabinet)and excellent warranty (which you will probably never use). |

OK the yorkie has a 15 " speaker and the JBL has an 18"...Is there a big difference here or am I making a big deal out of that? I am trying to decide on which to get and there are so many choices....at that price point....700-950... |

Then do a side by side test. As for the small difference in the speaker size, unless they are of the same quality, it doesn't matter. Quality is the key. |
