CONSIDERING PURCHASING TOSHIBA SATELLITE L305-S5921 FOR KJ HOSTING,
CURENTLY USING DISCS. TOSHIBA HAS 2GB MEMORY,160 HARD DRIVE, 429$ AT OFFICE DEPOT. WILL THIS BE SUFFICIENT? WILL BE USING EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE . ALSO LAPTOP ONLY HAS RGB VIDEO OUT. WILL THAT BE AN ISSUE?

First of all, please stop typing in ALL CAPS.

The laptop you mention should be plenty sufficient. I use a Satellite with similar specs and it does fine. By RGB out, I assume you mean VGA (D-Sub 15)? You can use that if your second display is a computer monitor or if you buy a device to convert the VGA signal to RCA/S-Video or whatever you need. For my Satellite I had to buy one of these:

Let It Rip Karaoke

I have enough room for all of my DJ music on my laptop hard drive, so when I don't need karaoke or music videos or any of that fluff, I do not get my external hard drive out. It seems like I buy at least a few hundred megs of new MP3 music every month. My drive will be full before summer is over and I will have to upgrade, delete some things, or use the hard when I am just DJing.

Does it supprt dual monitors?

Costco is selling a HP with HD wide-screen, 4gb of ram and a 500gb HD & Blue Ray for under a grand with the fastest processor. Way bigger hard drive.

I bought my Satellite used for $220 including shipping. Only 80 gb (use a small wd usb external hard drive) 2GB memory, 1.4 GHz processor speed. Does everything I need it to do, haven't had problems with it.
