[font=Verdana] I recently had a virus on my computer, I had to reformat the hard drive, and upgraded from Windows 2000 to XP. I have a disk that came with an Intel camera that has PhotoSuite 4.0 on it. I can't get this to install, although it says it is for both Windows 2000 and XP. It installs all the drivers, then it starts to install PhotoSuite, gets to 9% and quits with a warning message. Can anyone help me? I take a lot of pics at our shows and this is the program I am familiar with for editing.

If you have anti virus installed disable it. also turn all other programs off. Log in as admin. I googled and spent some time on their site and found out it is up to 7.0 now. (no updates for 4.0) I would consider upgrading to 7.0 even with an upgrade fee.

[font=Verdana] I did turn off the antivirus program, (which I better turn back on…thanks for reminding me.) Do you have a URL for the newest version of the program? Somewhere, when I was searching for answers, I found that this program had been acquired by Roxio. I have Roxio that came with my Plexor drive, but it isn’t on that disc. Thanks for the help! [font=Verdana]After hours of searching and studying, I have come to the conclusion that I need the SP2 update for my Windows XP Pro to be able to install any version of Photo Suite. That causes a big problem as I don’t have the COA for this program, so it won’t let me update. I guess my only avenue now is to go on ebay and find an OS with a COA. I just can’t decide whether to stick with XP or go back to 2000 which I am more familiar with. Thank you all for your efforts to help.

Many softwares note them as your software key as well.
