Hi there, we are 2 friends from Portugal, we just started our business 1 month ago and we love it!

we hope to contribute to the forum and learn more and more to make our karaoke sessions better and better!!

Welcome to KS !

I hope you join in on the forums. I'd love to hear how karaoke is run in Portugal.
We are a melting pot here with people from all over the world, but I think you are the first I've heard from Portugal.

I guess you're joking about the name... maybe for you it doesn't make much sense but don't forget we have a different culture... many of our KJ's don't even got a name for their show, no logos, etc... in reality our show is named Sergio & Marco (our names, simply), and don't think it's a lack of imagination or something like that, it makes perfect sense for us, as we're very popular amongst the region we live in, and so it's a easy way to start our business if we start with our names, which people already know!!

perhaps you don't know what S&M is short for in many languages.
google the word sadomasochism- which is known as S&M...
..it just sounded like a real fun karaoke show based on the name itself.
..please don't be offended...this site is for fun easy going laid back people and you can really learn alot from the folks here. ME?- i'm just an idiot. :hug:

i didn't know the meaning of S&M, now i got your point, lolol, but still it's ok for us!! our karaoke show is supposed to be fun, as we are trying to give a different charisma to our show, different of what we're used to here... however, no, we won't use sadomasochism at our shows...  LMAO
i'm sorry if sometimes i don't express myself on the right way in english but i'll try to do my best!!
