Don't be invitin Charmin!.....I need to meet a few Okie gals-I'll save Sweetcheeks till I head up her direction.

Find me an Okie built like Flower Tucci and I'll be there when the fish are biting...I just hope I don't catch anything! LMAO

I'm getting the Road King ready. I've ordered a tour pac and fairing with stereo. Next I gotta replace those spoked wheels with some cast ones.  I've already spooked the power up and  made it lots louder and faster.

22 degrees tonight!......This sux!....I rode to work last night and I'm just now thawing out.

Texoma is a HUGE man-made lake, isn't it ?  HUGE !!!  Built by engineers about 60 years back ?   Thought that was excellent fishing..  Dunno...  I still need to have women put the breadcrumbs on my hook when I fish...  You can hurt yourself fishing !!

Cuzin Cal, we've already discussed this in a thread long ago.

Keith knows I'm good at fishing. I just have a knack for it. He will never go fishing with me, cause he knows dang well I'd show him up.

You ever been fishing with someone who stands along beside you and catches ALL the fish while you try every trick you know- use all your best lures- and cast in all the right spots, but they STILL catch all the big fish? Well, that's how it would be if Keith took me fishing.... he knows it.... and his pride couldn't handle it.

Though I do look pretty hot working my flyrod in my bikini top and cutoffs... you'll never know.

(i would say we could sneak off fishing and not TELL Keith about it, but I know you have a pretty lil' wife at home, and she wouldn't like that very well)

:D

That is way too funny!!  I am the same way.. My Indian name is "Two Poles". I consistantly do that to the hubby when we go fishin', he just hates it.  But he does say the he has fun watching me catch them all..  I just wish there was good trout fishin' down here.  that is my favorite.

 .... You guys are two peas in a pod, ya know that?

Cuzin Cal, if I hold my favorite rod in my hands it is NOT going to stay still long enough for someone to place a feather on it.  LMAO

No, I'm not a "trout person", they're never big enough;) My favorite is bass or cat fishing.... but a few years ago I got into flyfishing, and that just goes best with trout yanno. But I like to fish for pretty much whatever (whoever?) takes the bait;) I don't much like fishing from a boat... I'm more the type to hang off a ledge to get my line in just the right spot... or jump rocks halfway across the river... or walk out to the end of a fallen log that's half submerged. Cause you know, those "hard to reach spots" ALWAYS have the biggest fish hidden.  LMAO That sounds so corny saying it out loud, but it seems it's always been that way. If it's nigh impossible to get there, THAT is where ya think the biggest fish will be;)

Sharon!!! How come you have an indian name? I don't have an indian name!! And I should have. I'm gonna complain to my dad. I do have a CB handle I've had since I was a tot- which my dad gave me. *half pint*  LMAO I kinda outgrew that though, and changed it to *backtalker*. Suits me, don't ya think?

Gosh, you're familiar with the NW, right? We have awesome trout fishing here. Next time you go out to Washington, we REALLY should try to hook up. Maybe we could go camping or something. (and we'll take the guitars along)  :D

The is an awesome place to camp and fish in eastern WA just past the gorge called potholes.  It is primitive camping. The last time we went we took a band with us and a generator.  It was an awesome time.  We caught so many trout.  The kids caught some that were really big, for trout.    I love to camp. and fish and hike and drink and sing by the fire.   Not sure how that would work traveling cross country and then camping.  I am sure I could make it work.   i would have to bring my tackle box because a girl has to fish with her own tackle.   Boy I am really wanting to get out and get my line wet about right now.

I got my Indian name while fishing in Minnisota.  I had two poles and couldn't keep them both in the water.  Everytime I would throw one in I would catch a fish so I would hand it to the hubby to get the fish off and by the time I got the bait on the other pole and in the water I would catch another fish.  It was a vicious cycle.. It was like heck....LOL....So they named me Two Poles.

I can fish from a boat but I prefer to throw on a pair of waders and go for it from the shore.  I think I am rambling now so I am going to shut up.....
