Has anyone downloaded and tried Media Commands?

The program has  pretty impressive features including:
   
DSP Audio Effects (pitch shifting, audio mixing, vocal removal, reverb, echo, fade in/out, panning), Dual-Monitor support, Playlist Programming, CD-Ripper, Lyrics Editor, Media Tag Editor, Skin Editor, Media File Manager, Mixer, Equalizer, & Visual Effects

There are free and paid versions of the program.

avast screamed when I tried to dowload said its full of adware

Yep, the free version is full of ad-ware and it says so very plainly on the web-site.  It is also a processor hog and it says that very plainly on the web site as well.  $160.00 for the registered version.
