I spent about a year as a platinum blonde...wow was THAT hard work! I think my IQ did start to dip a bit - but I think it was the chemicals seeping into my brain rather than the colour of my hair....

Years and years ago (I was in Jr. High) I was at a party where you had to go around the room and tell a joke. I only knew dumb blonde jokes at the time. I asked if anyone would be offended, they all said no, and I told my joke. It was funny...everyone was laughing...suddenly, one of the blondes in the room stopped laughing, looked around, and very bewildered and serious announced "I don't get it." We all just laughed harder..... |

yeah I gotta say... I love Kellie Pickler... I think she's an awesome singer. I like Jessica Simpson too (i know... you're gonna think I'm nuts) but c'mon now, guys.... I really don't think they're THAT dumb... Their persona it's their calling card. That's what makes them talked about.... and being talked about makes you money. Plain and simple. They're just playing to what people want to talk about. It's puttin cash in their bank accounts.... Doesn't sound so stupid to me. |

I'm with you Crystal. I think it is cool that they can brush it off and make fun of themselves. True story - I'm out to dinner with friends and we are reading a list of jokes off the back of the menu. Well, one of them was a dumb blonde joke. What made it even funnier is I had done exactly what the joke said earlier in the night. |

The best blonde "joke" story I ever heard is true...and I know who it happened to... You see...this blonde I know got busted for sexual harassment/discrimination by the company she worked for. What was her great crime? Telling blonde jokes!! LOL She got reprimanded for harassing herself! The blonde? My mom!! |
