Which song (by a male) would you say had real beauty? I mean it in the traditional sense, we all have songs that stir our emotions, or evoke memories, or impress with raw power or great character. But what gives you goose bumps by way of a perfect rendition of a melody? |

A patron of one of my shows does an excellent Josh Groban and when he sings anything by Groban, I get weak-kneed...but especially 'To Where You Are.' Also had a fellow that came in and sang Alan Jackson's "Remember When" and about three quarters of the way through I had to leave the room - for some reason that song just gets to me, too. |

"What a difference you've made in my life" by Ronnie Milsap and "Crying in the Chapel" by Elvis Presley always hits the soft-mushy-center. |

My first choise was Unchained Melody but since it has already been named I am going say "I Love The Way That You Love Me" By John Michael Montgomery or how about "Lost in The Fifties Tonight" by Ronnie Milsaps. So many great songs. Jim-n-TN |

Okay, are we talking about the beauty of the vocal performance or the song? If it's the performance . The mountains and Mary Ann - Gordon Lightfoot Although he is my favorite recording artist, he really can't sing. By the way I'm pretty sure that this song would be complete non-sense to anyone under 40. |
