Finally, I got the Kjamp CDG Plugin working on my new laptop. My sister loves me; she gave me a new HP laptop. I took the version Kjamp CDG v3.0 plugin from the Roxbox demo because I couldn't get the v1.1 version from winamp.com to work anymore for background image changes. Now that it is working I notice that it does not draw any border around the letters so when using karaoke that does not have any borders around the lyrics the background images skew the view of the overlayed lyrics. Are there any CDG plugins for winamp that allow for better display of images behind the lyrics? This issue of no borders drawn around the lyrics makes the background image feature of Kjamps CDG plugin useless for many many karaoke songs.

My big question is, aren't there better Winamp CDG Plugins out there? And for how much $$.

I'd go directly to the horses mouth at winamp.com and ask them... I use a simpler setup, nice and easy, keep it sleazy! !

Huh???  It shouldn't do that.  Try playing the same CDG file on a stand alone player to see if the text actually does have a black backing.
