FYI, picked up a Queen anthology at Wal-Mart yesterday ($8.92) - It is part of the "Artist Series" - Queen volume 1.  Best versions of Queen songs I've heard - includes Bohemian Rhapsody, We are the Champions, We Will Rock You, Hammer To Fall, Don't Stop Me Now, Tie Your Mother Down, I Want It All, and Radio Ga Ga. Instrumentation is like original (I can only compare it to the SGB version I have of Boh-Rhap (ick)....)  www.queenonline.com.  Maybe artiststs are having a change of heart about licensing. This is put out by Buena Vista Records and Hollywood Records.  Says, "Visit ArtistKaraokeSeries.com"  If you have a Queen fan in your following, they'll LOVE this.

I just bought it as well. By the way I saw on e-bay a while ago a Japanese version of Queen karaoke, with the origional artists.

The Japanese version was listed as "used" and from 97, so maybe Queen has been karaoke friendly for some time at least in Japan, it was selling for some ungodly price of about $30.

I went to check E-bay if there was a third Origional artist queen karaoke for sale and they have this version out there:

$165 for a 2 karaoke CD disks used??? Are they crazy??? They dont even tell what songs are on the disk!!!

I looked and apparently target carries that disk as an import. 32 origional version songs as karaoke by a major rock band. Never seen the like before (except for hillary duff)

Still a bit expensive, but I probably will eventually go for it, to get the full 32 song anthology in karaoke form.

The discount version is only 8 songs. I hope it sells well other artists should be encouraged to do the same.
