I have a pair of PSX-153s (Cerwin Vega Prostax).  I had a woofer replaced not to long ago and I just opened up the case to look at what I believe is a failed mid and I noticed my woofer is only 6ohms.  Shouldn't it be 8 and does this make a difference?

Nope.......

All that matters is it is an exact replacement....Check to see if the other woofer is the same in the other cabinet.

Besides that, all that matters is the total cabinet is rated at 8 ohms.....If you have two or more drivers in one cabinet and it uses an internal crossover, then you are only concerned with cab load on amp, not each driver
