Hi Dani....Do you know how I can get my picture that I've put in my profile to show up when I reply to posts? I thought it might be because you need a 10 post minimum to have a picture and that's now the case (I just reached 10 posts). But it still doesn't show up when I post a comment to someones song post |

Dani, ok that worked. It too me up to 5. Now I think I'll go see if I can get into any of the other forums besided this "Newbie" one. If you have any helpful hints or clues to all this stuff let me know. I'm trying to get enough posts to be able to put up a picture of my old mug up here. |

To get your avatar picture you'll need to go to the Forum Shop and buy the priviledges - when you get enough points. Make sure when you go into profile Settings you answer the question "Are you human?" I'm hoping the answer is Yes. :D By the way - welcome to the site! :wave: |

Babs, ok...I was successful in the purchase but when I went back to look at some of the "comments" I've made on peoples singing....my picture wasn't there. I do have my picture in my profile. Is thee something else I haveto do? Pat |

Pat Hi Pat, If you've purchased an avatar in the Special FX Shop the next step you need to take is click on User Control Panel (on the left) then click on Profile Settings. All the way down at the bottom is where you'll see Upload Avatar from your machine. Navigate to the pic you want to use (watch the size of the file, it's limited) and Voila!, you should be good to go! |

Almost forgot, make sure you tick the box that says "Always show avatars". And don't forget to check the Are You Human box, if you don't answer Yes none of your changes will go thru

Well I've done everything so far and no luck. I did read something that said "you don't yet have 10 posts so you can't use an avatar". At that time I had 8 posts so let's see if this would make 9. Also, what exactly constitutes a post? Does it have to be in a forum? Pat |
