Hello To Everyone,
I've seen the Yamaha EMX512SC mixer and the Yamaha S115V speakers selling as a package deal. My question is since the mixer is rated at 350 Watts @ 8Ù and the speakers are rated at 500 Watts @ 8Ù - is this mixer(Amp) a good match for these speakers or is it a bit underpowered?
Thanks to everyone in advanced.

Really depends on it's intended use. For club work if it's going to be needed to be driven to maximum volume, yeah it's a little underpowered, if it's for home use, you will probably never get to more than what it would take to blow them volume wise. The BR15/Yamaha 512SC is a perfect match for program rating matching. Not QUITE as good of a speaker, but not bad in any respect for the package.
