Is there a site somewhere or can somone briefly explain to me the difference betweeen MP3+G, CD+G, and NEO+G files. Up till just now I thought CD+G was what Karaoke players read, now im starting to get confused.

In the Digital Surround (Home Theatre Audio realm) I believe NEO is a format that allows for the up-mix of 2 channel to 7.1 surround separation (PC mix). Not sure if this DTS application has ANY similarity assuming NEO is a proprietary term RSQ uses though.
You can find DTS NEO: PC referred to.
