My old CD recorder has recently crapped out on me....I Need to buy a new one....Don't need a lota bells and whistles just one with simple record and play back that's compatable with most audio CD's....If anyone can help me with any reccomendations I would greatly appreciate it.... Thanks..! Dave

do a search on Ebay for old Plextors... they're awesome.
the Lite-On brand is very popular as well.
SOME of the newer plextors don't do cdgs very well.
check out powerkaraoke... they claim for desktop units, they can work with almost any brand of cd burner. With the laptop ones, they can only work with some of them... for karaoke purposes only.
