It only takes one woman to rid a guy of most of his money, so I'd rather have all the women in the world !   What do you need money for if you can have all the women in the world ?

No No JD.    ALL the girls in the world means even those types too

(I like to think of myself as a profoundly sensitive guy that wishes to change no womans sexual preferences.   I wouldn't mind watching stuff while eating grapes.

Hey, it's just the kind've guy I am,  Live and Let Live!)

(All this philosophical thinking is getting me hungry... BRB)

Hey JD,   Just wondering since it's Sat. Night...  Are most of the males online now either really studly and just wanting their ocassional space (like me), or imprisoned AKA Married like yourself (name will remain withheld out've respect). I'm not trying to imply that these two states are mutually exclusive of course !  I just can't believe so many guys would have DUI's or Prison home-release sentences.

I got another deep thought !

Karaoke must be quite old even here in the US..  Anybody recall the mid-80's episode of Newhart where George bought a Karaoke machine and kept singing "That's the way I like it"  -KC and the Sunshine band ?   Seems LONG ago !

I suppose all I can say in my own defense is that I was really bored $hizless today and decided to reminisce and look back into the archives to see when the last time Keith02 visited the site.  While reading the October '06 thread where his last posts were, I stumbled on the Karaoke Mensa thread which I found quite interesting LMAO

Started me thinking.  I know,  this also makes a strong statement regarding just how much excitement is currently transpiring in my life, however that's what started this thread,  I was curious as to how long Keith has been gone.

It has been relatively slow here Matt (no complaints) however I was thinking back to the days when Keith (with his knack for initiating certain subject areas) picked the pace up and got me going too.   LOL

Babs is back, Dave is back,  Keith is still doing the "real life thing".

(I guess what I'm trying to say is that today was supposed to be laundry, vacuuming, and dusting day,  It's amazing how many things I can think up when procrastinating)  LMAO

If a man can say at my age that he has had one good woman, one good horse, one good shotgun, one good dog, and was able to carry a good pocket knife for years without losing it then he has lived a full rich life. And a mans worth is not measured by his financial gains but by his honor and word. I have lived 3 lifetimes this goaround and it didnt take a fortune..

Give me the above and shove all your gold up your *&^*&^&!!!! LMAO

I could shove all my gold up my $(# sideways and not feel anything.  Not sure this is necessarily a good thing.  Although you can be damn sure that no man will be digging in my mine !

I do have a decent Swiss Army knife !   Sold most of the Guns,  been bucked off a few horses and women,  guess I'm not quite as wealthy as you Ollie

My values of what constitutes wealth excludes horses and women.  If they don't die on you,  they cost you a $(%*load.  A mans wealth is measured by how much of this stuff he's got in his storage room

LMAO  I sure wish Id have saved some crap I threw away. Old tube stuff The stereo stuff we had in our basements would blow away most karaoke systems now.. 100 watts was 100 watts.. Now they talk pa (which brings to mind Bogen) and the basement stuff wont do it. My basement stuff will do it LOL  Jensen, altec lansing, gibson, and even RCA...

Regarding Collectibles,  I was having a discussion with somebody in this market a few years back.  The question I had was how much value would my comic book collection,  shoeboxes full of baseball cards (from the early 60's) have today had my mom  not thrown them away 10 years later when I was in college.  The answer of course was "it depends" on what cards you had, their condition, the particular team, year, etc..  I suppose most of these things would need to be in plastic.

It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

HA !    That stuff I managed to salvage !   Except like an idiot I donated my Sherwood 150 watt stereo system to the Russian Jewish Immigrants years ago..

Still have the Altec VOTT head and bins..  You could hide in those things during a Tornado and feel secure they aren't going anywhere !   THAT PA head is nice.  But the caps and tubes would all need to be checked out and cleaned I have my Eico tube tester, but too lazy to dig downstairs to get the head.. I have the Marshall, Sunn, Ampeg, and big stuff all saved down there however I can't be certain Mice haven't shredded up speaker paper for nests in the cabs..  Like they did in my Leslie cabs :(

Yes, but all women have that same sixth sense, that we don't have........whether it's your first date, or if you've been married to her for fifty years........only she knows if you're gonna get laid tonight....... :)

It's a fact that the women control most of the money in the world (if you don't believe me ask my wife) so.............

Have to weigh the woman in comparison with the current market value of Gold !
100-130 lbs of Gold is worth A LOT !  Investing in a "Good woman" is a MUCH higher risk market !  Her value often fluctuates constantly and you can end up bankrupt overnight.  I prefer moderate growth markets that are more stable !  Personally at this stage,  I'll take vintage guitars over both ! Throw a dehumidifier in their case and they are content
