Another small thing, and maybe this is just me.. But if I choose to search by artist or select a letter under artist, it would be nice it the sort defaulted to Artist. If a title search, then sort by title.

R & B genre search isn't working properly. When I get to the first page then try to sort by artist it changes the search to "R" in all words and leaves the R & B genre entirely. Also if I just leave it alone & try to advance to the 2nd page, it changes to "R" in all words.

Direct download links are also shown right after the payment if PayPal has had time to process and confirm the payment behind the scenes before you get redirected back to Karaoke.NET website. E-mail is just a backup so you can access your downloads from any device where you have access to your e-mail. Ps. sorry for my crappy english. - Riku Your English is just fine I was logged in. Went to "My Account", then "Order History". It gave me two options, 1) View/Print orders (detailed receipt (nice!!), 2)email me order details & download - this is where it gives me an error message on the page and locks up the page. Here is a screen shot of the error. It doesn't show any other download links in my account info at all.

BTW, Please don't take the suggestions and issue reports as nit picking. I think you've done a fantastic job so far. Remember: The path of least resistance. Keep the clicks to as few as possible and make everything easily accessible. I think the everything is easily accessible is really close!

Since it's a preview site, I think they actually want any glitches, reports, errors, etc, kind of real world beta testers which I don't mind doing before it goes hot!!

Lonman wrote: It's looking good so far. I wasn't logged in last night when I had created a cart and hadn't finished browsing, and had to close my browser due to a computer glitch. Can you set it up to remember the cart even if a browser is closed. I know a few sites I can do that with now, i'll put something into the cart where I want to purchase later & it will still be there when I reopen the site - without the need to be logged in. This functionality would require saving permanent cookie on user's computer and we don't want to do that. Cart is automatically saved if you are logged in and restored when you login in next time (in case you did not finish the order on the first time). - Riku

I am unable to create an account. It keeps telling me to "enter in your current password", then pushes me back to the new account registry screen.

When it pushes you back to the new account registry screen is all your information still filled in? I thought the same thing at first then scrolled down & noticed 2 boxes still marked red than needed to be filled in - 1 was a password confirmation in which you need to re-renter your password again, the other I can't remember.

I do think however instead of having it send an email with the links everytime the email/download link is clicked, the email should just be an option within the download history ie Would like like an email sent to you with these links?

I know I can't wait to spend more money, ESPECIALLY when they get the new requests up along with all the other stuff. I spent money on stuff I didn't even really need (but still never had) this time just to play with the site itself and see how it works
