Oh PLEASE. Now WHO is BEING ridiculous? Especially WITH the RaNdOm CAPS? Silly.

Unlike you, I have no sympathy for trolls. LR is a classic troll by definition. He isn't being bullied. He is being called out on his bullsh!t. In the beginning a lot of people gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now, the majority see his posts for what they are. You can baby him. I won't.

johnreynolds - Thank you for calling me out. I have been thinking about what I have said and I have not been very happy about it. I have considered editing out some of what I have said or removing it all-together. It does seem insensitive at times.

I am not joking about mental health and I am sorry if you think I am. I have a family member that suffers from a mental health disorder. Family and friends ignored it and brushed it off for a long time. Until we confronted and spoke about, nothing was ever going to be done about it. This is part of the stigma of mental health issues - no one wants to take about it.

But I won't bring it up again. I spoke my concerns.


I do take issue though with you thinking I am turning other people against The Lone Ranger. The negativity being displayed against him is a result of the negativity he exudes on the forums. It comes down to the whole Golden Rule thing. It is the blowback of the completely irrelevant, illogical, and seemingly purposeful conjuring up of information to create discourse in the forums. There are no back-channel, coordinated attacks being planned here. I believe people are simply fed up with his BS.

However, I appreciate and respect what you have to say and I am going to take your advice.

The Lone Ranger is now ignored.

The problem with this forum lately is that you only get one side of just about every story. If you don't stick up for Sound Choice and their litigious policies, you are labeled a pirate e or worse. People are tired of being jumped on for being in the majority of karaoke hosts by the few high and mighty KJ's who are the karaoke rats of the world, who do their best to get their competition out of the karaoke business with little or no success. After years of cheer leading, some of the hosts have finally realized that Sound Choice is barely making a dent in the pirate host problem. Even when they catch a pirate; Sound Choice makes no effort to put the pirate out of business. Their only goal is to make them a customer in good standing. The pirates, as so many people like to call them, just avoid any internet presence for fear that the cheer leaders will report them to the big bad wolf. There seem to be thousands of these pirates out there making lots of money and laughing all of the way to the bank while the cheer leaders have become nothing more than Cry Leaders. Sound Choice wins the occasional court case while losing more often than they win but if they don't keep "the fear" alive; no one will capitulate to their flimsy law suits and buy their Gems of Karaoke. I missed seeing new Sound Choice songs for the first few months but I haven't given them a second thought in years. They are nothing more than a law suit filing machine these days. They made a choice that doesn't seem to have been a very Sound Choice.

Please help Sound Choice by adding your name to the list of hard drive users. They have run out of people to file law suits against and they need some more victims.....I mean targets to go after. Don't wait for someone else to rat you out. Do it yourself right here. By doing it yourself, you are admitting to being a media shifter, which to Sound Choice, is some sort of admission of guilt.
