I'm going to go out on a limb here.. That's either an Asian, Afro-American, or Middle-Eastern Dialect... Now since Dave has referred to Isis as "Egyptian Goddess", I will guess that POSSIBLY (although I have NO clue) Phatrat MIGHT (just a guess be middle-eastern). My guess will be Phatrat. That would be my first guess.. That MIGHT be a middle-eastern dialect..... I also suspect Texas however.... Somewhat the "Harry Connick Jr." dialect talking voice...Yet I can't rule out Eben, or Shyguy either.. (missouri and european)

OK.. I was just going by "Egyption Goddess" and the eyebrows from the Avatar photo, one never knows... That doesn't sound like an American dialect to me..

I keep telling him he needs to do something about those eyebrows.... ...he reminds me of Bert from Seseme Street...

Nah, They look good. Yet since these guesses are for the most part "Wild guesses", I made an assumption.. I'm going to stick with NON-US born and raised on this one... Yet I might be WAY off... Have to take a risk, also don't wish to offend anyone, but what can I say... ... I'm guessing by voice only... Might even be hispanic dialect... Could that be Steve ? Austin perhaps ? I don't know who's American raised or foreign here.... Well cept for a few of course...
Where's Harry Connick from.... SRV had abit of that sounding voice...Austin area ?

I'm going to stick to my original guesses so I don't appear to be a cheat... Here's my guesses in order...
1) Phatrat
2) Shyguy (possibly Dutch)
There's a considerable accent. Listen to the word "Clip". Reason I'm not guessing Jian, is only because he has a higher singer voice.. Yet that might be incorrect too of course.... Otherwise if Jian had a lower voice timbre when he sings, I'd guess Jian.
It's hard to tell, I would not guess caucasion american male here however... I'm not familiar with French Canadian, or Calgary area dialects. Haven't a clue..

Incidently, It is considered cheating if a person that already submitted a clip, submit's a second talking clip with a deliberate accent, correct ?
For instance, this couldn't possibly be Bab's again, could it be ?

Nah, If it was me... It'd sound something like
"put my precious in the basket with the lotion. You better not hurt my precious or you don't know what pain is !"
Incidently Daves guess makes me think it's Phatrat :) Just a hunch
