Congrats Charmin!! And yes I can say that because I survived , I have 3 grandbabies and omg it's so incredible! Mind you I'm not old enough (pmsl) to have even 1 (44 last month) but I honestly wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. They, along with my children, are the most amazing things I've done in my life

Steven Kaplan!!!!! I was logging in here each morning and afternoon ONLY to stare at the avatar you had up. :( Now it's gone. That was one hot mama:)
Thanks Sharon, thanks Cat. I'm too dang young to be a gramma (I'm 38 going on 21 yanno..... ) But I love being a grandma, it certainly has it's rewards.
Odie, as to GILF... well, curiosity made me google it, since I've never heard that term before. So, I owe a big ol' thanks to Gilly & Crystal. I saw lots and lots of sexy granny pics I sure could've lived without seeing.
(granny in spandex, granny in a black lace teddy, granny with huge knockers in a tight wetsuit straddling a swimming pool ladder.... ) Yikes, the images wont go away.
Have a good day guys n' gals.... Thanks to everyone for the well wishes & congrats. And, uh, to Steven... for whatever the hell that mumbo jumbo was up there in his post:)

!!! uhh.... I will officially be a MILF in July! Charmin wrote: By the way, Crystal, everything going well for you? Hope so.... good luck to ya:)
yep!! Everything's going VERY well!! I got all my tests back for EVERYTHING and it's all healthy and normal, so I'm very relieved about that! The morning sickness hasn't completely gone away yet, but it's really not too bad (I hear that if you have morning sickness, it's a sign of a healthy baby... dunno if i believe that, but whatever)
I hafta say... I love my buddha belly!! It looks like I'm carrying a volleyball
So far, I haven't gained any extra weight.... other than the actual baby/water weight. A whopping 8 lbs.... at 6 months... I think I'm doin pretty good.
OH! the best part!!
Tyler felt the baby move for the first time yesterday!! The thing is still doing sommersaults and jumping jacks in there He didn't even get to feel his other kids move before they were born, cuz he was away working throughout her pregnancies, so this was his first time!! You shoulda seen the look on his face!! I'll never forget that grin!!
ok ok... I'm sure I'm getting annoying with all my baby babble, but you asked!
LMFAO!! Charmin! I can't believe you googled "GILF"!! That's too funny!!!

Glad to hear everything is going well Crystal.

Morning sickness, huh? I only had a bit of that- with two of my kids. I've personally heard that it means you'll have an easier birth. I don't know where they come up with some of these sayings, but I never believed them either. For not having much morning sickness at all, I had completely healthy babies AND very short delivery times. Don't believe all the old wives tales you'll hear, some of them will scare the HELL out of ya:)
You're gaining weight like I did. I didn't REALLY start growing big till after 7 1/2 months or so. I think smaller built people are that way, they usually stay slimmer and the baby weight is contained to the belly only. Atleast with me it was. My daughter in law too. Heck, I had four kids and didn't even get ONE stretch mark... I have none at all. But get ready, just when you look in the mirror and think you can't POSSIBLY grow another inch, you'll grow TWO more. LMAO
.... Good luck. It's such a fun time, carrying a baby, and all that planning and anticipation and stuff.

That was Brigette Bardot.
She WAS a one hot mama in her day. If she wasn't so damn staunch supporter of PETA, I would still have so much respect for her. I think she went a bit off center when she turned older.

I'm gonna be a grandma AGAIN !!!
How many does it take before you go from "grandma" to "granny"? Cause I'm still in my prime, thank you very much, I'm not ready to hit "granny" stage.
My son and his wife have been trying for the last couple months... they want their kids to be as close to a year apart as possible. Personally, I wish they'd have waited, but.... I'm NOT going to be a medling mother or mother-in-law. They have my full support. They're great parents, they both have good jobs (daughter in law runs a day care, so she can take her children with her to work every day and still bring home a paycheck- GREAT job for her)...... Anyhow. No serious reason they should NOT have another one yet.
I'll be on here around October or so flashing new baby pics around.
Of course we're hoping for a little girl this time. But the odds are stacked against them on that, they both come from families with only one girl. But we'll see.... I don't really care, long as it's healthy and all that.
Tucker is now crawling (well, half crawl, half scoot) around the floor and saying a few baby words, pulling himself up, and all that good stuff 8 month old babies do. He seems so small..... but I imagine he'll seem huge when the new baby arrives.
Gosh, time flies......
Anyways, I'm just a bit bored, so I thought I'd share that little tidbit of news:)

That's cool Charmin! What's great is you're young enough you could probably enjoy great grandchildren - perhaps great great grandchildren someday too.

Yikes... don't go scaring gray hairs on my head. Let's take this thing slow-ly. I don't want to even contemplate the day coming that I'll be a great-grandma. I'm never going to grow old anyhow, I refuse to, it's not in my plans.... :D
(but, smart mouth aside... thanks Bill)
