FINALLY!!!! I got a email from Goldenhawk last night at 11:17 pm :shock: telling me to uninstall the old version, then downloading the new one, and THEN the lock box came up. After that, I put in the codes and then...SUCCESS!!

Works perfect. Both burners doing the "stuff" they should

. They also told me no more phone support, just email, as of 01/01/2007

. I suggested that they put that info on their web site so people like me would know :
