Gigi you got it pegged.  If he's being underpaid and working for idiot bar owners then I definitely want to know how to do that.  Most of the bars we work or have worked for the most part have been great.  But there have been a few idiots but you're only there til you find something better and we've always gotten the money we wanted.

We did have one idiot bar owner but he was a bit of a scam artist too.  We had about a dozen to 15 regulars, which some dressed in the Goth fashion.  Most sang good songs, a few didn't or couldn't sing.  The other folks in the bar liked them and they spent good money.  The owner didn't like their looks and in a backhand way got rid of them.  It wasn't much longer until the bar closed.  He also didn't like spending money on heat.  I also think he was skimming off the VLTs but that's something else.  We've been at our current bars for over 5 years now and everyone is happy.  What more could you want.
