Hey Matt, I believe that in our lifetime there will be a discovery on how to avoid Alzheimer's. They are finding that food additives MIGHT be linked to it.

I can send a PM to be more specific if you'd like to know what I have seen about it.

I try to to give unsolicted advice but I need to at least offer it. My mother was losing her mental resources before she died of pneumonia 3 years ago. She showed al the early signs.

Never use aluminium pots to cook in is a good starter
