That's a good attitude to have...... while being aggressive in your pursuit might make ya get there quicker..... the "I'm gonna set out to be a star and get rich" kind of attitude, could maybe just make you lose sight of why you do music to begin with. I'm the same way..... if music ever took me anyplace but here or the local gig in town, kewl, but I'd rather just have music in my life- for
me.
