Not sure how to fix that, as removing the silence as the end screws up the timing info in the cdg file
I used to eject the CD when the ripper had time to complete. I'd play it back and make sure I got it all. If not, I would rip it again and give it a little more time. As said, you can edit the WAV to remove it and I would do that if it was a lot of dead space.
