click on the left link "Forum Shop"
click on "Special FX Shop"
The top one is "Buy Avatar"... on the right, click the button. After you have successfully done so, the next time you go in it will say "SELL AVATAR"

Now under "User Control Panel" further down on the Black Member Area, scroll down to the NEAR bottom area where it's Avatar Control Panel.

if you don't see your image, then you don't have an avatar for us to see.

Click on the Browse Button (Upload Avatar From Your Machine)
(I always have my picture I'm uploading either in My Documents or the Desktop for simplicity of finding it. Once it's uploaded you don't need to keep it there anymore)
Select the area where the file is. Check to make certain it's not over 59KB in size.

Make certain you have "always show avatars" clicked on yes.

Hit the bottom SUBMIT part....

This should work. ISIS already changed her avatar to yours, so we know the image is good...
