I had a girl once who used to hit me everytime my boss would hire an attractive new waitress, before I even knew it. This is only the tip of the iceberg.
I'm glad she didn't work where I did.
Nothing worse than getting punished for something you didn't do; unless it's getting pre-punished for something you might do!
I've always believe in the axiom, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime". That just sounds fair to me. But I have to admit that near the end of my marriage I started thinking that if I had to do the time I might as well do ahead and do the crime.
For 32 years I was faithful but my ex-wife would never believe it. She wouldn't come to my gigs so she had plenty of time to make of all sorts of stuff that I might have been doing but wasn't. She was never hesitant about handing out harsh punishment either. So I figure I've got a few life sentences worth of cheating to do before things equal out. Maybe I'll get around to it one of these days. But not today.

I feel THAT pain Larry...my almost-ex-wife and I have been separated by 1500 miles our entire marriage. My mom went out to karaoke with me one night before the wife and I got married, and a lot of my friends (male and female) were talking to her...and a couple of the girls asked Mom if I was REALLY that devoted to my fiancee who lived so far away...Mom told my then-fiancee about this, and I got read the RIOT ACT because I HAD to be cheating with the girls...and I never did. Her trust issues (not to mention a flat-out refusal to do anything about the geographical separation) are a HUGE reason I'm single again.
