Interesting item!

Well, I'm vintage fersure and make odd sounds, but I'm far from decent...So that leaves me out of this thread. :(

Unfortuneately I don't have Peavey around... Had an old bass in the early early 1980's,  I think that's about it... Sold my Classic amps,  great little tubers !!! Decided to be a "name snob" and go with Fender reissue models....

Now a days the biggest name snobs are secretly using the old vmp-2's when they can get their hands on one. Don Boomer of Peavey told me they are considering a reissue, but it would go for $1200-1400....YIKES!

What else you got in that closet?

Doesn't look like much in this closet... Downstairs in storage I have all the goodstuff... But I'd have to be willing to throw on some clothes, get the key, and make the long haul down two flights of at least 6 steps each, and a landing, not to mention two doors....  I need to rest up !    LOL..  Seldom do I think of the old vintage stuff I have, until somebody mentions something... Than I remember... I just have ALOT of old standard stuff. stomps, amps, cabs, stuff like the Sansui quad crud,  old old CB crud; In this closet that had the speaker seems it's mainly Welsch Allen Opthalmoscope stuff, an audiometer, TENS units....not much in the way of music stuff... and who know's what else....I don't throw stuff out...It's buried around here, and downstairs.  Keep's the rodents nice and warm.

One of these days I need to tell you the story about 1985 when I bought the B-3 Setup,  Unbeknownst to me, it wasn't only the PR-40 tone cab B-3, and two leslies I bought,  I also bought a few generations of a family that moved in, and was quite happy in the leslie cabs   :(

I don't pack rat........As soon as I don't have a use for it, it's either tossed or donated to the first person willing to tote it away.

Three ex wives and the half dozen livin's hauled their share you can believe! LMAO ..There were times this house looked almost vacant!....I just never understood why they always took my best kitchen stuff when they never cooked! I had to go out and buy a bedroom set for the hurricane evacuee, but I doubt he will consider it's his when he leaves...Those female critters tho, they got a different way of thinking. LOL

That's it, Steven!....You need to get married....In a week all yer stuff will be deemed usless old junk and vaporize. LMAO

Did I say you need to get married?....Sorry, take that back.

About 5 years ago, around the time a long term semi-serious relationship was ending, (well before that actual) she started asking stuff like "If we married would you be willing to sell the piano...etc",  and stuff like "Do you really need all those guitars"..... Needless to say,  I still have all those guitars, and the piano... I hope she's happy, and found another sucker to sell all his valuables.. It wasn't going to be me...I'm too young to marry.

Yep,

I truely believe they look at men as a "fixer-upper" project. I've had a few do the "While you were out" show here with me and my stuff......My last ex boxed up almost all my special stuff and stored it in the attic one day....This house was devoid of anything "ME" when I walked in....She's history, but I've been too lazy to climb up there and haul it down....Maybe I can get Robbie to help this weekend....God knows what got damaged in the heat up there.

When my roomie leaves I'll do some serious rearranging and go re-buy what I want/need.....I been in a kinda funk and not done much about it so far....The urge will hit, tho.

I have stuff that's comfortable,  Like a couch that people beg me to throw out, and buy a new one...because it's so shabby looking.... Thing is, I'm not overly concerned about "how it looks", it's comfortable...and basically my furniture is just stuff I fit between larger musical stuff..My place is basically a music studio... (Not that anything's integrated), I just don't worry about what a couch or chair looks like..It's just to separate speakers, and throw a jacket on anyway.
