kjchrisc, you should see the feedback she left for someone who bought the stamps from her previously.

From pwk81on sherinhouston's feeback:
Slanderous, rude, harrassing & threatening Emails, will see you in court!
Reply by sherinhouston: Go read his feedback - this is OBVIOUS retaliation for the negative I left it

and when you look at pwk81's feedback from sherinhouston:

Worse person I have ever sold too. Sounds like a Natzi Hitler lover- go figure
Follow-up  by sherinhouston: I mean, he DID buy HITLER STAMPS - hateful LOSER - I'm sure he'll retaliate-DUH
Reply by pwk81: She has opened herself up to legal ramifications. Harrassing Emails, FRAUDULENT![/b]

Hilarious! So she SELLS the Hitler stamps to someone, and then she accuses them of being a Nazi-Hitler lover for buying them?! (As the pot calls the kettle black). Ironically enough, those stamps probably are original, as opposed to many of her karoke cd-g's!

If you ever have to email her again, perhaps you would get on her GOOD side by starting it off with (apologies to U2)... Achtung Baby! LOL

I heard about ebay from people in this forum but never ever go to the site. I just spend almost an hour there and also checking that mean lady.
Anybody who sell freeware is an @#$+*&%^. Man, she was selling Audacity which we here just give link to who ever ask for a free recording software.

I just love the colorful language she use and then blame the buyer for editing her email and putting in those words.

I still prefer to buy from the shop not that I dont have faith in ebuying.
I personally STILL believe in Ebay, but it's folks like that...

SHEESH!

Just check out their feedback before you buy from them. Whether it's deserved or not, that sheer amount of neg feedback should be enough to say "Let the Buyer Beware!"

Now I've really lost faith in the great and wonderful eBay.  The negative feedback I left has been removed from sherinhouston's feedback!  No one is ever going to know that they should be cautious about buying from her!  I received a burned disc and my negative feedback was removed!?!?

And yet the negative feedback has been left on my own profile.  I don't understand!  And eBay has sent me nothing about them doing this!  I found out from sherinhouston, who sent me an email asking if I was sending back the disc, now that my feedback has been removed.  You can't even soo the feedback from my "Left for Others" in my feedback profile.

I just don't understand.  They didn't remove the feedback left about the bootleg back in July, so why mine?

yeah, I've been keeping track of count of her feedback since this whole thing began. They've removed not only yours, but two others!!

Now in situations where it's the same person that has multiple ids, I can understand EBAY's caution, but in this case, it's total B.S.!!!

I'd continue to email Ebay and insist that the auction number (what was it btw?) feedback be restored... you as the purchaser of the product have EVERY right to be upset about this purchase! AND to reflect that back to the ebay community.

I've been spreading the word on this to other forums, too. I think it's total crap the way you've been treated in this, and myself as well.

artemis, this is probably a moot point, but did you use the following URL to report her, and the auction number?

http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.d ... ult&rdir=0

Sorry for the long url everyone... I don't have access to tinyurl at work...

It was item 4775905089.

Hmmm...I bet that the seller thinks that any emails anyone else has sent is from me?  Or more specifically from the person who had the guts to report the fake back in July, since the seller thinks I'm that person come back ot haunt her.  But they left the feedback of the bootleg copy received in July.

No I haven't used that form yet.  Thanks!

Last night, I basically checked my email before going to bed, found out, vented, and left it for today.

So will someone actually answer the question first posed.  Who manufactures Radio Starz?

This is really simple to understand.....EBAY gets lots of money from sherinhouston so they protect her. Everytime she posts an ad they get paid. She has sold over 2 thousand CD's to folks and she is considered a power seller. EBAY loves her no matter how she treats the buying public.

Best answer is to stop using EBAY!.

I think it would be cool if we could get sherrinhouston on this site to explain why she does what she does....ESPECIALLY for Artemis' sake! May not happen, but at least sending a link to this thread might be good reading for her conscience :thinkin:.

I feel sorry for E-bay if they give power sellers that kind of leeway, Keith, but you're probably right.

I looked at my one Radio Starz disc, and that sure doesn't give any clue as to the manufacturer, going back to Timberlea's reposting of the question. Can't find those guys!

Just out of curiousity, has anyone seen any neg. feedbacks about her selling "Chartbuster" burns?

she has NO interest in coming here. I told her about this thread, and at that time, she had read it. Obviously she doesn't feel it to be necessary to defend herslef. She does well enough with that with Ebay!
