148 over 100 hum I guess that is high. Actually the American Heart Association has just came out with new Numbers 125 over 80. Just went for a Physical and Doc was more worried about my colestrol than my bp. Said if I drop the colestrol than the bp should drop. And Yes 148/100 is correct I just took it as I post this.

I was having terrible headaches a couple years ago ... accompanied by a nose bleed that wouldn't stop..

They took my blood pressure was 144 / 110 ... they didn't seem too concerned by that at all..  :shock:

Don't have a BP monitor handy here at work though......... mine is usually like 112/80. Never had high BP in my life.

My blood pressure and all stress leaves when I see Bluestained shoe's picture.

Dang it all, I was kinda hoping I had the  reverse effect, and could actually RAISE someones Blood Pressure. So much for trying I guess.  :shock:

Well Mabey It's kinda like a transfusion or actually a redirection of all the oxygenated blood leaving my head to find lower ground.
leaving me in a state of bliss.
