NOW  That is cool !  -   I've used in the past the Numark CD MIX 1 for DJ'ing and although simplistic in its features it was GREAT for mixing filler music and using for parties etc.  This seems to be a little like the Cdmix 1 or cd mix 2

I might have to look into  this little unit !

Checked into pricing $399.99

Isn't that just pitch control, and not key control?

Yep - pitch control, not key control.  Add another $238 for a Fleco Key controller though.

Besides, if I did get something like this I'd want to know if it plays VCD's or SVCD's as well.  I'd still have to haul in a DVD player since I have a few DVD's as well.  It's a nice idea though.... and I'd still be using my existing mixer for my vocals and bumper music, but it could make doing a show pretty easy - especially if I opt to do a second show some where real quick and don't want to haul all my existing equipment!  or maybe when I opt to run more than one rig.... hmmmmm...

Yeah, I would think the idea behind that unit is to eliminate your regular DJ unit.  Until they put one out that does all (including changing keys), I think I will stick with what I have.  They are getting closer though.
