I love my RSQ triple player. Never had a problem with it. I put it on top of my RSQ amp...and i've never had a skip...and that karaoke button stops the song. I like that...

Now i bought a yamaha all in one 3 disc carasouel...and that things sucks! it has the amp in it..and mixer...all bells and whistles...it over heats...and skips every time someone sneezes...i use it at home for practice...and have my vcr and dvd player hooked to it.  It opens slowly and takes forever to make it turn to put another cd or take one out. i had to buy a small fan to put on it....grrrr...

just my 2 cents...

I want a high end player that will replace my current cd player and also play cd+g for when I need back up or decided to take disc. So instead of needing a karaoke player and a cd player I can just use one player.

It should play cd, cd-r, cd-rw, dvd, dvd-r, dvd-rw, dvd+r, dvd+rw, mini cd, and mini dvd.

Support the formats, DVD, Mpeg4, vcd, Mp3, wma,  mp3+g, wma+g, cd+g, cd-a, and cd-i

Have large jog /shuttle wheels, switchable video out for single video out, or individual player outputs for high end video mixers. Auto BPM, a feature similar to the NuMark Beatkeeper, internal memory for upto 10,000 cd's cue and data, internet ready to connect to cddb to collect track info. Digital audio out for use with a digital mixer in the future, and digital video out, vs s-video or composite. Along with all the features of a top of the line Dennon, NuMark, or Pioneer Dual Cd Player. It should also be no bigger than the NuMank DVD-01 and also have the option of tray load cd players or direct load.

I think a player like this would be worth the price of $1500. By the time one is available I will allready be using notebooks for video. Which will be in about 2 months, but it would be nice to have a back up that will do everything.
