Its Adobe Audition 1.5; Knight, if you are refreing to the new Cool Edit Pro.. That you need to buy and can get it here :http://www.adobe.com/products/audition/main.html

I wouldn't recommend Audition, for the price you'll pay, I would recommend Cubase or anything from Steinberg, by far a superior product and it's also ASIO compatible.
Just my opinion, again!
