I've done it in Excel where I added a field to flag duplicates, then sort or auto filter to screen them out. From Excel the non-duplicate remains can be read into Access for report creation. I suppose within Access one could also just add a condition like duplicate <> "Y" (I use Y and N as the dupe flag). I'm pretty rusty in Access, and lack skillz. Have reverted back to just printing from Excel. I also added a field to designate Holiday and Foreign categories to produce separate listings of those in my book.
