Does anyone know of a way to have more people listen to your posted music and have more comments left on your performances?

Listen and comment on other's postings is a huge start!  Be active on the boards so others recognize your name and make a point to listen.

When others leave comments be sure to stop and listen to them in return and also than them for commenting.  If you don't they may not return.  These all help to get others to listen to your posts.  Try to post in non-peak hours on non-peak days might also help since your post will remain on the first page longer.


Remember, TANSTAAFL if you want lots of listens/comments!

This problem has become a major problem on this site, look at all the new subs that are posted in a day and the amount of 1,2,3 or even 0 comments, this is unbelievable!!!

Even an older member like A New Day still has no comment at the time I write this and she's half way down the page!  I think people will sub and wait to see the comments but will obviously not gonna take the time to listen and comment to others, I'm including myself, btw!

A New Day chose "Listen Only" on the sub you are referring to so there won't be any comments.  

I think it goes in spurts on the number of listens.  I know I listen more on the weekends and try to listen to everyone then.  Through the week I don't have time to listen to everyone so I just skip around on the page.  

Just make sure you listen to other people and leave a comment.  People will listen to you...they may not listen to every sub but they will listen.  Also some people listen and don't comment.  

Don't get discouraged...........Just keep subbing!
