Are we supposed to be able to buy only 1 lottery ticket per drawing .. or is this a glitch?

EDIT ::: YIKES ~~ It also subtracted 25 pts. for the one I purchased !!

Okay ... today I bought a ticket ~~ and was only deducted the 10 pts....
But ~~ are we only supposed to be able to buy 1 ticket per lottery? That is still happening.
Glitch - or - ?

Welllllll....... I'll try one more time..... to see if I can get a reply from someone. Is it a glitch or are we limited to one ticket per drawing?
Also ..... if someone could give me some help .... in the member area ... it ALWAYS says I have 13 IMs ... and has since all the site changes were implemented.
Any way this can be corrected?

I tried buying once when it was first inroduce and it eat up all my points.

The lottery is set up so that each person may buy only one ticket.
The cost per ticket is 10 points.
The base winning for the lottery is 50 points.
It can add up to some serious points based on the number of participants.
If you look at the Lottery History you will see who the past winners are and how many points they were awarded!
