Is it illegal to ask for karaoke files on this forum , or any other forum or even to people when I have the original Discs? I just didn't back them up and they are in poor condition.

If they are discs that you already have, while technically it's infringement, I doubt even SC is going to block you from using them but you gotta be careful with the reprinted versions of the discs. If you get the revised files and your disc is the original one then any file you get that's not on your disc is illegal.
