7 nights same place Different people come in different nights usually enough to keep it fresh on its own. Only have a handful that come in more than a couple times a week and usually they will do something different than the nights before.

I added a second night to my Monday Karaoke gig (Tuesday) about a year and a half ago and it has worked out very well. I was kinda worried that the same people would show up and sing the same thing so I started a "meet-up" group on Tuesday night and it was the perfect remedy.
The demographic on monday nights are usually around 50 to 80 yrs old. I needed younger bodies for Tuesday nights and that's what this meet-up group provided. Singers on Tuesday nights range from 10 to 80 yrs old and the vibe is totally different. Sure I get some people from Monday nights on Tuesday, but for the most part it is different.
I sometimes even let people play instruments on Tuesday nights, harmonicas, acoustic guitars, etc. (even had a lady play an accordion last week.

We allow instruments in on our Friday nights. We (thankfully) have a "Green Room" type of space that singers can tune up and get ready.
The rule is, you can't make it too crazy... you get about 10-15 seconds to start. So drum sets, and anything complex is out the window.
If they want the words or music, we can do that too, or they can just fly solo. They can do their own stuff if they like.
Brings a different feel to the night, and a lot of fun!
Before the legal eagles start chiming in, the venue has a full ASCAP, BMI, etc licencing for live performance.

I also have a venue with back to back nights (Thursday & Friday). Rarely do any of the Thursday people come on Friday. Friday seems to cater to a younger crowd.

Like Lonnie, I have a 7 night/week venue. There are a handful of barflies that are there several nights a week, but generally the crowd is unique through the week. We see repeaters on Fri/Sat.

I have three nights at one place. I have a bunch of regulars that come in, with very deep lists, and new people come each night.
