Has anyone here had any experiences with equipment made by Phonic from speakers, mixers, amplifiers....

They seem to make cheap pro audio equipment comparing to bigger name like Yamaha, RCF, HK audio....but not bad quality at all, I do not own anything from them YET but have had a few occasions to test them at some places .

Just wondering if anyone has owned or know this brand well , so if you could please share with us some real testimonies about it.

Thanks!

I had the Phonic Powerpod mixer. It was ok, for a low end mixer. It does what needs to be done, BUT it isn't very powerful. Nice for a home system, but I wouldn't use it at a venue. I gave it to a friend of mine.

You get what you pay for.

Sure, you can use a Yugo to get you from pt a to pt b, but do you really want to rely on it professionally?

You get what you pay for.

Did I mention you get... oh, nevermind.

I started with 3 Phonics 15" 2-ways. 2 for mains and 1 for monitor. 10 years later they are still working and sound is middle-of-the-road for the money.

I only use them for reinforcement/monitors in very large venues, usually private gigs.

The price/value was right on when I was first starting out. They even have a wireless option that I tried but was unhappy with. Too much interference and clipping.
