Targets in the Seattle area used to have them. The one closest to me pulled all there karaoke discs out over a year ago though and they told me they were pulling them (along with the All Star cards) due to low sales.
I don't do Wal-Mart so I don't know if they are available there.

The walmart by my house has some, but such a small collection, never anything new.

I get mine at Best Buy they seem to get the newest releases very quickly. All the other department stores around here no longer carry them.

Forgot about best buy, they do usually have a bunch of them including the packs
