I personally hope that you don't go away. It's nice to be able to talk to a manu without resorting to email or pushing buttons on a phone. Don't judge us all by the actions or words of one. OR two.

I'm not. I just don't understand all of the negativity. I will continue to check in and help where I can.

We are a very new company and I am so excited for what we have accomplished so far.

There are a lot of you on here that I hope I get the pleasure of meeting!

Gretchen - Try not to take things personally. When I first started posting here a year ago, I actually made a public comment as well about how negative things turn in most of the threads. I learned to accept that some people are just bitter, angry, negative people and that is something I can never change. I just (for the most part) ignore what those people have to say unless it is blatant mis-information that I know something about and can correct. Otherwise, I stay out of it.

It is nice to have someone from DigiTrax here listening to feedback and passing that along. I happy to see DigiTrax addressing some of the Pro KJ concerns and look forward to more changes and offerings from DigiTrax.

If someone is trying to replace a song with a better track than the one he already has, it would be counter productive for him to wind up buying the same track that he already has because digitrax did NOT supply the most basic piece of information to make the purchaser have a little peace of mind. It's like going to a brick and mortar karaoke store and they have all of the karaoke discs wrapped in plain brown paper with only the song titles printed on the disc packaging. It might be a Chartbuster track or a Backstage track? You dodn't get to find out until after you pay for it. DUH!

They know! They are working on it!

Gretchen: In the mean time, is there a list or spreadsheet people that get or download that lists the tracks and the manus? I understand it may be hard to tell if you have two of the same title\artist tracks, but at least people here could do a manual look up for reference.

Why are some of you beating up on Gretchen over this? I made a simple statement that this should have been thought about before the site went live. That is all that needs to be said. You don't need to treat her like she's an enemy of the State. Geeze, lighten up.

Right now I do not have access to a spreadsheet of that sort. There are a lot of fixes in the works.

Please believe me when I say I have been the biggest nag about the manu columns. They are working on a major upload right now and that is taking up A LOT of time.
If any of you are signed up for our emails you will know shortly. I can't say anything until the upload is complete but just know we got clearance from another major publisher!

Gretchen, is DT taking any song requests? Is there a section on the website where they would have this?

Right now you can send them to me and I can pass them along. As long as we can obtain proper licensing then we will more than likely cut it.
