Sorry, but only users granted special access can reply to posts in this forum.
Nice message whenever I try to post a reply or new topic in the Singers' Forum. So what's the point of having a singers' forum if those who are submitting their singing can't post in it?

Somewhere I heard that you have to have 10 posts out here before you can post in there????? Don't quote me though.

Yeah, thanks Lonman, I found that somewhere a short while ago. Pity they don't say that in the message or even give a link to the info rather than just bouncing you out with no idea why you don't have "special privileges"!

I think you have to actually join the singers forum to be able to post in there, but I could be wrong..... if you look under peoples names you will see the usergroups they belong to (singers, newsletter etc) but it really confused me at first too...
It would have been nice to have a note saying "you must join this forum to post" with instructions on how to do that along with the "you do not have permission..." message.....

I will see if I can modify the script that generates that message.
Further, if you want to join a forum that requires special access you will have to join the usergroup that is related to that forum. Each Forum that requires this permission has it stated at the bottom of the forum description. If you select "usergroups" from the member section to the left, you will see what the requirements are for joining that usergroup.
I hope that helps...
