Hi everyone,
we are in the market for a new amp for our Karaoke System.
We did some research online and found the Vocopro DA-9800 RV which we liked because it has a built in sonic maximizer but by browsing this forum we learned that many people do not recommend this amp.

Now we are looking into buying the Audio2000'S® AKJ7050 which gets better reviews on this forum.

But we're still not sure, if this is the best option. We have a JVC XL-GM 800 karaoke machine (best ever made ;-) and currently working only with small bose speakers because we are on the road traveling in our RV.

Any advice you could give us would be greatly apreciated.

Thank you very much

PS:
We are working on putting together a CD to send to the USO in hopes that we might get selected to go overseas and entertain our troups. If you are really good and are interested in maybe joining us please respond to this post with an email address and/or phone nr. so that we can coordinate if this might be possible.

Check out Behringer's PMH-1000 or PMH-3000 depending on the output wattage and number of input channels you require. These are desktop powered mixers, quite compact and loaded with features and effects. They can even do devocalizing. I'm not a KJ but one of these amps would be my first choice if I was. I have no selling interest in this gear.

I'm one of the ones that's very happy with my akj7000 (the 7050 is only slightly different, but it does have a built in fan which mine does not.

Has anyone tried the BBE B1-500 ??? Also has a built in Sonic Maximizer and offers lots of sound effects.
Thanks again for your help.
