Hi,

I have a PC-based karaoke program that I run on my laptop.

What I want to do is hook this up to my speakers that are controlled by an A/V receiver. I know i run the 1/8" stereo jack through a y-splitter than connects to the RCA jacks on the receiver.

My problem is how do I connect my microphone so that my voice also shows up through the speakers. The receiver does not have a 1/8" stereo jack to hook it up to.

Any advice??

You may be able to get a microphone that connects to a USB port (like the ones you can use to connect to the Playstation 2 for Karaoke Revoution) that may go through your speakers (I could be wrong though, I am just guessing).


Also, I am sure you can buy a jack that can plug into your computer, and then you can plug your microphone into that jack.
