I'm wanting to buy the JVC Triple Tray Player (it seems that is what most everyone recommends), does anyone know of a good place to purchase this player. I have seen different places that carry the player, but there is a wide variation in price due to different disc set tacked onto the player. Is there a place where I can just buy the player, or do I want to buy the player with the disc sets????

Buzz, get the player with discs IF you don't have those discs! Otherwise, the "free discs" they give you ARE added on in the price...

If you find a good price on it, either way, go for it!

If its advertised with the discs, give them a call and ask them what they'd sell you just the player for, that you don't want the discs. Most places will probably mark it down by the cost of the discs. Its worth a try.

I'd say you might as well take the discs as well. Most of the stores that are offering them, get them as promotional items anyways. They still sell the machine at the same price they would normally. Karaoke.com's pack (at least on their single tray JVC) is provided by Priddis & aren't too bad. I listed them in my book & actually have people use them.
