Ok.... this is gonna be the stupidest question ever asked here, I'm sure, but here goes:
It's not even a karaoke question it's just a basic computer question.
Y'know how when you go into a folder and you can change your view to list, icons, filmstrip, thumbnail, etc?
HOW DO YOU KEEP IT THAT WAY?!?
UHGHG! I'm trying to sort my music files so there's a lot of opening folders, cutting and pasting, and going back, but every frickin' time I go back the view has changed back to somethin stupid!! I WANT IT AS "LIST" but why doesn't it stay that way when I change it???
It used to just stay in the view that I put it and it would never change... I dunno what's different now? There's GOTTA be a way to make LIST the default view, right? There's GOTTA be!! So how do I do it?

Open up your folder then click on Tools then Folder Options. Click on the View tab and hit Apply to All Folders. Only thing about going that route though is all your folders will then list view as what you just set it to
